02:32 am: the keg box has been built. all in all i was only off by an inch and i think that is largly due to the plywood warping in the humidity. have devised a fix involving thinner foam, more foam and wooden paneling

12:43 am: does anyone want a black metal framed futon complete with mattress if so let me know my father is getting rid of two of them.

also does anyone want to rent a basement apartment from my father. separate entrance, bedroom bathroom living and dining room and kitchenette, 900 a month all included.

09:32 pm: have found 14th century documentation for an Iranian drink made from fermented sugar cane juice.
i may enter it in period brewing competitions

11:53 pm: i now have a full kegging system with three five gallon kegs. the set up is for two kegs tapped at once with one in reserve. ball lock and picknick taps for thoes who want to know these kind of things.

so if i get another two carboys and do primary in the carboy and secondary into the kegs i will officially never have a reason to buy beer again.

maybe not so much never as i will still buy things to try or things i dont want to go thru the trouble of making like a lambic or a lager

but still its a thought that from now on my drinking will be almost entirely fueled by my own brewing.
